How long does it take for me to receive my order?

When placing your order, you can chose between an overnight shipping and 3 days shipping. However, it will take a maximum of 3 business days for you to receive your order.

How do i change my shipping address?

After receiving your order invoice. You can mail or call us and we will reply within 2 hours maximum. Once that is done, if you have any queries, lay them to us.

How do I track the status of my order?

A tracking number may be issued as per the state of your order. That usually occurs when requested or when complications come in, thereby requiring a better follow up.

Will you keep my payment information on file?

No we don not keep your payment information After purchase. However, unless you request for us to keep and create an account with us for regular purchase.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship world wide, with partners distributed all over the world and a reliable shipping agency, we are sure to reach out to every customer.

Will my items come in one package?

Depending on you, however, generally they come in one package. But you could request otherwise.

I received the wrong item.

Please do well to fill a wrong Item subject form in our contact us page.

My order arrived damaged.

Please fill our contact form with the subject Damaged package and stating what states it is in. We will get in contact with you for clarification. From there we will either refund or replace with a new package.
